Marwest is engaged in the development, construction and management of
income-producing properties, including office buildings, shopping centres,
residential and mixed-use properties both in Canada and the United States.

Commencing operation in the early 1960's, the Marwest Group grew from a regional
construction company to a group of companies engaged in all aspects of real estate
development, construction and management. Having developed and/or built over
$1 billion of commercial, industrial and residential real estate over the past 45 years.
Marwest's activities have been focused on western Canada, with some development also
taking place in the cities of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Phoenix, Arizona.
